At Villa Rina, it feels like visiting your Italian mama. Already when you ring the doorbell, you can hear pure euphoria through the loudspeaker system. But first you have to make it to the bell, because the way is not completely without it and it is recommended to everyone, as little packed as possible, to walk the way up here. But once you arrive, you don’t want to leave. This is not only due to the sensational view over the Amalfi valley, but also to the warm hospitality of “Mamma Rina”. She reads her guests’ wishes from her eyes and cooks excellently – her aubergine soufflé is a poem. Just like you know it from a mom. The rooms are spartan, but the attention to detail is not missing here either.
