The Usine impresses from the first second on. This may be due to the beautiful fig tree in the entrance as well as the generous architecture that Richard Lindvall has to thank for. Lindvall transformed the former 2000 square metre meat factory into the light-flooded Usine, which is so full of French industrial flair. In the heart of Stockholm’s business district, the Usine Bistro with its white-covered tables, tapas bar and after-work location is at the same time a pleasant fresh breeze for the otherwise more established gastronomic scene. Especially popular is the Friday oyster and cava offer (10 SEK/oyster and 70 SEK/wine) starting at 4 pm.
