The Trattoria Cocinella serves the fine, dignified side of Piedmontese cuisine at the highest level. Here you don’t dine on the usual chequered tablecloths, but on classic white tablecloths. Nevertheless, the restaurant has a homely atmosphere, which is enhanced above all by the large fireplace and the many red bricks that decorate the wonders. The passion of the hosts can be felt everywhere and the food is heavenly. In addition to the really good meat dishes, Cocinella offers a surprisingly great fish menu. The proximity to the Ligurian Sea is brought to the plate here in a creative and extremely tasty way. Those who are here during the truffle season should definitely order the truffle menu.
