Although the beans come from Bali, all the other ingredients come from the island, from the Fleur de Sal to the oranges, which he gets from the orange grower he trusts and dries, then grates the peel into the chocolate and even the beautiful cardboard boxes he has produced in Mallorca. The chocolate is also vegan, free of gluten, soy, milk and refined sugar.
