The Timberyard is a true family project, because the entire Radford family makes the Slow Food Restaurant what it is: probably the trendiest address in the city, which you should not miss if you can. The former brick department store is rustic – cast-iron pillars, exposed beams and mahogany tables. The kitchen herbs grow in the backyard and only local ingredients suitable for the season end up in the kitchen anyway. From these, dishes such as juniper, smoked pigeons with wild garlic blossoms and beetroot are conjured up. You shouldn’t miss a look at the cocktail menu, where drinks like Cucumber & Fennel or Rose & Lemon Verbena await you. An absolute favourite, full of passion and passion.
