At Tiberino you can eat in the sun on the terrace, beautifully sheltered from the wind, even in winter. But that’s not all: the quality of the cuisine is simply convincing, even though you wouldn’t expect that in the middle of the Tiber island, in “pool position”. The interior of the small restaurant is also nicely done and you can feel the individuality, which is becoming less and less common in Rome. 0815 concept restaurants are unfortunately on the rise. We recommend the ravioli filled with cacio e pepe and a sugo alla gricia (bacon) and, as a starter, eggs with a pecorino sugo.
