The Terrae is one of the newcomers to the island and has truly grown close to our hearts. It soon becomes clear that the South American chef duo David and Rodrigo are pursuing a special mission. You sit wonderfully unpretentiously at wooden tables in the heart of Puerto Pollensa and are served a foodie treasure chest far away from paella and tapas. The dishes are not only creatively prepared and stylish on the plates, they also taste fantastic. David comes from Venezuela, Rodrigo from Uruguay and they met while cooking in Scandinavia. As multi-cultural as their curriculum vitae is, so internationally inspired are their dishes. The tasting menu is the right choice for those who can’t decide.
