Behind the Stucki is star chef Tanja Grandits. Her restaurant on the Bruderholz has been awarded two Michelin stars and offers gourmet enthusiasts an unforgettable journey full of delicious surprises. The cook herself describes her cuisine as independent, her trademark: the color. So with her, every dish has a color and colors are never mixed, so that one can better concentrate on the taste. The ingredients for the little works of art are of course all regional. But despite the regional character, the cook does not want to do without the tasty spices from all over the world. For example, she could never do without ginger or limes. The guests can choose between an eight or twelve course menu. No question – the Stucki is a restaurant for a special occasion.
