The Sansho has something very personal, which certainly reflects the leadership and personality of Chef Paul Day’s. Pan Asian cuisine is prepared here and the restaurant has already earned a Michelin star. The interior is pleasantly simple and unagitated, but it is very cosy and the guests seem like locals who are regulars here. Asian food is served on Meissen onion pattern to contrast the atmosphere. If you are looking for a change after roast and dumplings, you will find sweet and sour filled bao’s with crispy pork, curries, crispy roasted duck and dim sum. A very friendly team takes care of the guests.
