Beat Rbitschung changed carreers from the computer science industry to gastronomy and made a huge success of it. His huge following who swears by the everchanging menu are proof of this. Beat’s philosophy is simple but good. He only uses vegetables from organic farms, the meat from a neighborhood butcher, and certified fish. Only carefully selected wines are poured here. The range of the kitches spans from Swiss all the way to Mediterranian. We recommend the surprise menu where one can choose between meat, fish, or a vegetarian option. The rest is a surprise.
