The Rosi im Lochergut has transformed itself into a gastronomic gem within a very short time and is a great address, especially for lunch, because for 26.50 Swiss francs you get a sumptuously filled lunch plate with bread, water and coffee included. In addition, you can choose between a version with meat or without. In the kitchen is Markus, a native of Bavaria, who brings his culinary homeland to Switzerland – Bavarian delicacies adapted in a modern way, such as the delicious roast beef with onions, three kinds of celery and Nüssli salad, and for dessert the Prinzregententorte (Prince Regent cake) by Markus’ aunt. Those who only make it to the Rosi in the evening can look forward to Allgäu sausage salad and fried chicken. And the beer, of course, comes from Augustiner!
