Those who find the El Olivo from the Residencia too fine and noble go to the restaurant of Sebastian Pasch, a Berliner who came to the island almost 20 years ago. With his Irish wife Patricia they managed to make the restaurant the most sympathetic meeting place of the place. In the Restaurante Sebastian y Patricia, a converted stable, Sebastian Pasch, chef, cook modern honest dishes with a fine twist, the white laid tables are served in front of raw stone walls. The cuisine is fresh Mediterranean with light Asian touches – and everything is created in a tiny kitchen, it’s a little miracle. The tables are deliberately arranged more densely so that guests can quickly get into conversation with each other. There are some Satmm guests who spend the night in the Residencia and come to Sebastian and Patricia in the evening because it is so wonderfully familiar here. His Patricia, who remains authentic and open with the guests and is the soul of the house, also makes sure of this. The dishes change according to the season, but there are a few classics on the menu that you can’t imagine life without: the lamb saddle with rosemary crust and the lobster asparagus ravioli.
