Sichelburg Castle is one of the medieval castles in the Pustertal Valley, more precisely in Pfalzen, just a few kilometres from Bruneck. Mirko Mair will spoil you with culinary delights in the historically paneled rooms of the Sichelburg with their pretty bay windows, wood paneled walls and tiled stove. In keeping with the ambience, the menu features above all traditional dishes, which are, however, surprisingly modern in interpretation. In addition to classic dishes such as tultres or Kaiserschmarrn, there are also dishes such as Bioroggen-Tirtel or Breatlcannolo with goat cheese. Vegetarian adaptations are also no problem at Sichelburg Castle. An all-round great place to enjoy a fine dinner in the atmospheric rooms of the stately manor.
