If you have high culinary standards but don’t fancy stiff star restaurants, the Klinker restaurant is just the place for you. Behind it is a very young team: Claudia, Aaron and Marianus. And it should be mentioned that Marianus has already been named the best young chef in the world – hallelujah. The three of them conjure up their dishes from the highest quality ingredients. Almost all of the products are Demeter and most of them come from Marianus’ father’s farm. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s best to order the cross-continental dishes to share. For example, steam rolls with pork belly, Hamburg fried fish or roti paratha with seafood, a culinary journey between Vietnam, Hamburg and Malaysia.
