The Podere Il Casale organic farm is situated between the gentle hills of the Val d´Orcia South Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by sheep, goats, pigs and a donkey, guests can immerse themselves in the life of the countryside. At a long table only the best Tuscan specialities are eaten together – all from the farm, including delicious house wine. Pecorino, made in the farm’s own cheese dairy, is a special treat. Those who want to get a taste of the farm work can help with the olive harvest, otherwise wonderful hikes and medieval towns such as Montepulciano and Pienza are waiting to be discovered.
