The Pasticceria Marchesi could also be called a national shrine. A traditional bakery straight out of a picture book that has resided in Santa Maria alla Porta since 1824. Cakes, pralines, panettone, cornetti – all beautifully packaged – tempt you at the counter. The delicious nibbles can be enjoyed on the spot with a coffee, but also make a nice souvenir for loved ones at home! By the way – since 2014, the family-run bakery has been 80 per cent bought by the Prada fashion house.
