Really beautiful places are rare in Brandenburg. The Parg is a really well-rounded place with local, fresh dishes that focus on the products that grow in your own garden, so farm to table at its best. The Parg is run by Claude Schötz and Hannes Broecker. The restaurant, hidden in a historic greenhouse, is located in the Great Garden of the Schlossgärtnerei Gerswalde, which in turn is located in the popular Uckermark region. A nice destination if you need a safe destination to get out of Berlin.
