There’s no other way to put it – the popular Osteria Acquacheta is a long runner and always packed. But there is a reason for that. At Giulio Ciolfi you get the best products and dishes of the region fresh and seasonal at a fair price. Above all the house speciality, the T-Bone steak “Bistecca alla Fiorentina” grilled over charcoal is known far beyond the city limits, just like owner Giulio. He is a wonderfully likeable and at the same time bizarre personality. By the way, he personally cuts the large slices of steak in the kitchen. One should know, however, that this restaurant is the epitome of hustle and bustle. Accordingly, it is served in two rounds, at noon at 12.15 and 14.15, in the evening at 19.30 and 21.15.
