The Manna is an institution on Kloof Street and a regular point of contact for models, bookers and agency types who watch the hustle and bustle of Cape Town’s hipster street over a Salade Niçoise with fresh tuna, a Panini with chorizo and mozzarella or a freshly squeezed juice. The menu is a symbiosis of the two hosts Agnes and Jonny Manna: French-Corsican influences from Agnes’ side and Argentinian-South African flavours from her husband. The manna is also particularly popular for breakfast, for the various egg dishes and the coconut bread with salted butter! You can either sit in the white interior or on the terrace facing Kloof Street.
