In the small town of Noci, Slow Food gastronome Pasquale Fatalino spoils his guests with delicious Apulian dishes at L´Antica Locanda. To be honest, you don’t know where to start because of all the recommendations. The vegetables in all variations, the pasta cavatelli with stockfish, the orecchiette with cabbage, but also the tender lamb with bitter wild onions and the meat canapés with tomatoes are heavenly. And there is no lack of good wine here either, after all, you even sit in a former wine cellar, traditionally Apulian. A restaurant that one always likes to come back to. Tip: For a warm summer night, one should definitely reserve a place on the terrace.
