The Neapolitans swear by the mozzarella di buffalo at D’Angelo’s. You need a bit of luck with this small cheese shop, which seems to be closed more than it is open. When it is open you can also have the small white balls of luck packed safely in polystyrene boxes ready to take home. They can be kept fresh for a week when kept cool.
