“It simply has to be good”, is what Johann Landersdorfer, head chef and owner, replied when we asked him about his concept. No matter whether it is beef tartar on mashed potatoes or stingray-fins on pakchio, everything is cooked to perfection without drifting off into bonsai portions. And you will never be able to erase the amazingly delicious taste of their basil-sorbet from your gourmet hard disc. “Because of time reasons we got rid of the menu”, says Johann,”we ask the guests in the beginning, what they can’t eat.” Perfect if you hate making choices.
