A quaint bistro with astonishingly low-priced Baskian cuisine. The owner is a former chef of the Regalade, so it comes as no surprise that the food is as good as it is! The bistro is a bit dark for lunch in the summer, but a cozy spot during winter and on rainy days. However, the best time to come is in the evening, when their delicious stews, grilled chicken or other sins of the flesh are readily available.
