La Locanda di Martumè is one of the oldest trattorias in Fasano and with its still traditional interior, a jewel that is becoming increasingly rare in Puglia. The owners have also committed themselves to the offer of the “tradizione Pugliese”. It serves “Oriechiette con Cime de Rape”, the typical bitter stewed cabbage; there is Parmigiana, insalata Pugliese with Cicoria and anchovies and classic meat dishes. Everything tastes so fresh and crunchy and is served in classic portions on a beautiful typical ceramic bowl. The audience is a mix of locals and travellers and you will be advised on the best by the nice team.
