Once at the top, every visitor to Kuchyn is first captured by the magnificent view. Sitting outside on the terrace in the summer and drinking a beer and a goulash with dumplings and the world is fine. The concept is also ingenious in winter. Because the centre is formed by an ancient, large stove, as it used to be in old castles. A wide variety of braised dishes sizzle on it in twelve copper pots.
Whoever comes sits down at a table, orders drinks and an appetizer and then one of the ladies asks you to follow her. One by one, all the lids are lifted and they spontaneously choose the dish that smiles at them the most. This is served with vegetables, dumplings or rice. A nice concept and so unique. What we only miss is more vegetarian. This is clearly too stepmotherly and is not presented in the pots.
The interior is puristic and traditional. The tapestries give a nice twist to the modern.
