Kong is a must-go for lovers of Sichuan cuisine. Especially recommended is the mapo tofu, which brings a pleasant spiciness with citrusy Sichuan pepper. But also the classic Chinese cucumber salad or the poached chicken with chili sauce and garlic are a culinary feast of taste. And not to be neglected, of course, are the steamed dumplings with sweet and savory fillings. All dishes use rare combinations of spices, such as the herb “Fish Mint”, which is grown by the Kong himself.
