The deli Kaas am Markt is lovingly run by Isabel Kaas, who sources exquisite Slowfood products directly from farms. A classic for breakfast is the Marktkipferl with raw-milk butter and red currant jam; also popular are the cheese or ham plates. Lunch features two daily changing dishes prepared by a Slowfood chef. You couldn’t find a nicer place to sit at the Karmelitermarkt!
