The Bio Bistro Humus is no longer an insider tip in Bolzano and as soon as the bells announce the lunch hour in Bolzano, all the small wooden tables are occupied, but that finally speaks for the super cosy Bistro. In addition to the great atmosphere, the concept and the equally small but fine menu are particularly impressive. Owner Mohammed has made it his mission to exclusively use products from purely organic cultivation and to design the dishes as well as possible with seasonal products. And so that everyone really has something to do with fresh organic cuisine, Humus has everything from soy milk to tofu in stock. Even the cola is organically grown.
