One wonders how Stefania Grüner manages all this. Children, the Hotel zur Goldenen Rose and the guests who are cared for with devotion by her. The Hotel zur Goldene Rose is a tastefully designed spa in the idyllic monastery village of Kartaus. Charming rooms with wooden floors and furniture on Swiss stone pine and larch and a gourmet kitchen ensure a relaxed and culinary stay. Gourmet dinners are also served with selected wines and breakfast is served with freshly squeezed juices and various products from the hotel’s own vegetable and herb garden. The hotel’s picturesque house chapel is also a perfect setting for parties and birthday parties.
