Although the year of birth of the villa, 1869, does not go unnoticed in some corners, the house with its ten individual rooms is also bursting with the charm of bygone Belle Epoque times. The centre of Nice is only five minutes away, the nearest beach ten minutes, and the breakfast, personally prepared by the owner and served in the garden, could not be more lovely.
