Chef and actor Robert Hollmann opened a gem in Vienna’s old town on the first floor of an old apartment building. Very design-oriented, a welcoming atmosphere and individual service are paramount. Everyone is invited to feel at home right away. This is also why there are no signs on the street pointing out the location, no page boys and no reception hall. The hotel has nine large, comfortable rooms flooded with light. From the dining room, you can watch Robert Hollmann preparing culinary delicacies that attract many guests apart from those dwelling at the hotel. There are few reasons to ever again leave this heavenly retreat.
