The young and stylish brother of the vintage Blankeneser Hotel Louis C. Jacob is a relaxed feel-good place. In a former office building, on seven floors and in 65 rooms and studios the focus lies on retro design and living room cosiness. Sofas, hand-weaved carpets and accessories from the 50s are just some of the selected details. The walls are decorated with “Henri” tapestries with designs from the office world, in the lounge you can relax or you may retreat to the fitness and wellness area. Breakfast is eaten on a massive wooden block in the office kitchen. During the day you can help yourself to drinks, snacks and soups, and for “the Abendbrod” (German meal in the evening, literally “evening bread”) you can get fresh bread with a variety of toppings. And all that only a few minute walk from the Central Station, in “Hamburg Downtown”.
