Behind the Hart Bageri is baker Richard Hart, who helped make sourdough bread tasty for the Americans. After this successful mission, he has now decided to conquer Copenhagen. He has brought on board a colourful dog from the Nordic gastronomic scene, René Redzpi, who is already involved in the Barr restaurant. Since then the beautiful street Gammel Kongevej in Frederiksberg has one more favourite bakery. There is delicious sourdough bread, spelt bread, panettone, heavenly almond apple croissants, Danish tebirch and even good coffee. What more could you ask for? And the snake full of locals on Sunday morning speaks for itself anyway.
