The Hünkar is an institution when it comes to traditional Ottoman cuisine. At lunch, as well as in the evening, one can eat in a relaxed atmosphere amongst business people and regular guests from Nisantasi. We recommend you choose your dish directly from the beautifully decorated bar in front of the kitchen. Especially delectable is the aubergine mousse and lamb, but make sure to leave some room for a Turkish dessert from the tall glass cabinet.
