An enchanted avenue of ancient oaks and poplars leads to the Wesselstorf manor house, surrounded by dense ivy. Since 1998, the 19th century estate has belonged to Andreas Knoll, who has made it habitable again with much love and patience. The Knoll family lives on the lower floor, and on the second floor there are holiday apartments for 4-6 people. Their furnishings are a cosy and individual conglomeration of ancient treasures and rustic country house style. Behind the farmhouse there is a ten hectare park with old, overgrown fruit trees, fragrant roses and a pond. Behind it, the flat land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with its fields, meadows and lakes opens up as far as the nearby Baltic Sea.
