The Berlin institution is now also available in the Hanseatic city. Grill Royal Hamburg is the name of the new exclusive address directly on the Binnenalster. A beautiful room, very comfortably furnished. There are nooks everywhere, upholstered benches, the walls are full of art, the light warm and dimmed. A new, exclusive address, especially for meat lovers. Japanese Wagyu, Tomahawk steaks from the USA and many German breeds of cattle, such as the black-and-white Simmental, are perfectly grilled here. Add German oysters and a whole head of lettuce from the Hamburg suburb of Wedel, and the menu is perfect. At the back of the elegant shop is a 7-metre-long bar, and even further back is the hermetically sealed wine cellar. It is not in the cellar, however, but in full view of everyone: there is a large selection here, with around 800 different wines. The customers can be difficult at times, but that can always change quickly.
