At the restaurant Sedlmayr, with its proprietor Rudi Färber, you will not only find delicious veal dishes but also the best Apfelkaiserschmarrn (cut up pancakes with apples) ever. It has a slight caramel touch, is not too sweet and nicely balanced with the apples. Made to perfection and a delicacy you shouldn’t leave out when visiting Munich.
