Gasthof Kohlern

On an 1130 metre high hill, the alpine Gasthof Kohlern is enthroned above the roofs of Bolzano next to a small chapel. Pure nature, fresh air, absolute peace and an impressive view of the valley give us the feeling that time has stood still here. For 60 years the doors of the house have been open to guests, with its stylishly furnished rooms in a nostalgic ambience. In summer, many Bolzano city dwellers also flee into this fresh mountain air oasis and let their eyes wander with spinach smut or Herrengröst’l with bacon cabbage salad. The panorama can also be enjoyed wonderfully from the pool, or you can relax in the sauna and spa area.
