The owners of Erba Brusca summarized their concept in just two words: garden and kitchen, which is a perfect description of this small oasis on the city’s outskirts. This two-story house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, from where the kitchen sources most of its daily fresh herbs and vegetables. Guests can also come here to relax on a lounge chair for a post-lunch siesta, before heading back into the city center. Their menu changes on a daily basis and includes mainly regional and seasonal dishes, such as lemon-parsley risotto. Even though their kitchen and garden area is already so beautiful, don’t forget to visit their bright, tastefully decorated interior rooms. It’s a great place to spend several hours, especially when the weather is not so nice.
