Michael Feix has fulfilled a dream in the Enoteca Bad Endorf. In 1994, the self-taught chef managed to be chosen as the best hobby chef by “Der Feinschmecker” from 1500 applicants. For 5 years he has been realizing his preference for Italian cuisine in the small and intimate restaurant he recommends to his friends. His passion brings him to Italy again and again, where he imports Tuscan truffles during the truffle season and other specialities himself during other times. The restaurant is located in a former stable vault. The dishes are all perfectly coordinated, and the greeting of the kitchen at the beginning is already convincing: shrimp on tomatoes unusually sweet dates. There are lemon ravioli with artichokes, tuna with sweet and sour onions and delicate green tortellini with goat cheese and truffles. A weekly changing menu is completed with open wines from the wine list at very fair prices: For example, the green Veltliner from the Zimmervoll winery is a special recommendation. You should definitely make a reservation here.
