The young Andreas Döllerer from Salzburg is considered one of the most interesting chefs in the country – in 2010 he was even voted Chef of the Year by Gault Millau. In Döllerer, the top chef brings fresh, light and predominantly regional products to the plate and always manages to create something unique with finesse and creativity. The char on cucumber foam melts on the tongue, the wine is perfectly paired with it. The only wish that remains open is to return as soon as possible.
