If you like really good meat dishes and recipes that are sometimes very old and authentic, then Del Belbo da Bardon is the place for you. Because this is a restaurant that has committed itself above all to the classic, hearty Piedmontese cuisine. Here all dishes have an outstanding quality. From the outside, the restaurant is rather inconspicuously located a little above the street, but inside, it is extremely harmonious and cosy. Especially in the winter garden, or in the summer in the right garden, one sits well. What is immediately noticeable is the familiar atmosphere. The team, led by two very charismatic and sympathetic brothers, is exceptionally friendly and happy to advise. For example, when it comes to the perfect selection of wine – a huge wine cellar with up to 17,000 bottles is used. In addition, all waiters are always happy to have a chat with the guests.
One can recommend the deep-fried porcini mushrooms – even if they are a meatless dish. So simple but unerring to the point. The guinea fowl with olives and pepperoni has a brew, which can hardly be surpassed in refined seasoning. As I said, the quality is excellent here and therefore one would like to come back again and again.
