This young chocolate startup has devoted itself to the teachings of the art of pure chocolate making. Dandelion use a bean-to-bar production, so to speak, with 70% pure plantation cacao. One example is the cocoa from Bertil Åkesson’s plantation in Madagascar, which is mixed with 30% raw sugar and high-grade vanilla. All chocolate at Dandelion is produced straight from the bean into small batches of chocolate pleasures. Moreover, its packaging is equally special, decorated with golden dots with a thick gift wrapping paper feel.
