Chocolatier Patrick Pörtner only wanted one thing from the age of 13: to become a chocolate maker. He founded the small shop in the heart of Christianshavn 25 years ago, refining his passion with genuine craftsmanship and a great deal of creativity. The products vary seasonally, for example there is an autumnal box of chocolates with flavours such as chestnut, apple or nut. However, the small shop is famous for its classic, the legendary Flødeboller – a Danish meringue that tastes much better than any other. Also not to be scoffed at: the chocolate bombs, which you can use to conjure up a luxurious hot cocoa. All these heavenly products can also be purchased online.
