The philosophy of Codos is simple but good: to produce really good coffee as a brew bar. Behind the chrome-plated machines, true baristas are at work, convincing even tea drinkers of the Americano with their coffee creations. The beans come from India, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Indonesia and the guests have the opportunity to try their way through until they find their favourite bean. But then the next decision awaits: classically filtered or rather from the Aeropress or French Press pot? After that, the only decision left is whether to choose oat milk, soy milk or rice milk. The agony of choice! But it’s worth it.
