There’s no menu and the oven plays only a supporting role. Here everything is grilled on an open fire and there are only four dishes on offer. Choose between pasta, Thai food or the grill, pick your fish or meat, and watch as its grilled in line of sight. In addition there are four types of vegetable, and four different side dishes including potatoes and the rest, all of the finest quality. And that’s it! Intermezzo is simply dressed with a sauce, since the idea is to enjoy its flavor to fullest. It is particularly nice in summer to sit in the garden surrounded by the many potted herbs.
