The Cin Cin Bar is an institution in Lecce, more precisely an institution for the speciality Rustico. Behind it is a dumpling filled with mozzarella, tomato and oregano. In Ein Bar -Capilungo the Rusticos are of course freshly prepared every day and could definitely be called the best in town. But not only that, also the homemade Girella, a Mozzarella ham snail is to be recommended and the perfect snack for the small hunger in between.
