The Chirico Bistrot is one of the nicest and most casual places in Cisternino, in the most beautiful house in town. The building rests on the plateau overlooking the Val d’Itria like a bourgeois architecture from South America. In summer you can take a seat at the numerous tables or sit down on the few armchairs and taste the fine tapas-style cuisine or just have a drink. There is an excellent Parmigiana, the special thing about this concept is that you can sit here almost at any time of the day, still a real rarity in Puglia with its very regressive opening hours. It’s also wonderful that it’s a place where you can eat even just a little bit. A favourite address of Smart Travelling.
