Caseificio Crovace is a family business like in a picture book. It all began with the passion of Crovace Oronzo and his wife for regional Apulian products. Today, the small mini-market is run by their three daughters, who also love the region and its products. The perfect place to stock up for a picnic, buy a selection of antipasti for lunch or cook in the evening in Italian style. Especially the milk products like mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and pecorino are unique and the milk used comes exclusively from Apulian farms. But also the salami and cheese counter is tempting and it seems almost impossible to say no to a to-go panini!
