The Wochinger Brewery is Traunstein’s smallest brewery. Already in the 14th generation, the Wochinger family brews in the brewhouse, a traditional brewery that has been located in Traunstein since 1892. Today the brothers Theo and Rudi Wochinger stand for the quality of their artisan brewed beers, which get their spicy taste in the directly fired kettle. The best raw materials, brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law, short delivery routes and constant freshness enable Wochinger beers to taste so delicious with gentle filtration and above all without thermal preservation. The beers can be tasted in the Wochinger Brauhaus and Bavarian specialities are of course also available: crunchy salads, freshly harvested vegetables directly from the farmer and meat products from the Chiemgau. It is especially nice here in summer when you can sit under the chestnuts in the shady beer garden.
